We do not normally share information about the support you are receiving from us with any other agencies unless you have given us the permission to do so (like insurance companies).

Other forms you may have to fill in are about your symptoms or how you feel, AKA psychometric tools. We use these to find out how you are doing but also to give us an indication of progression. So we may give you the psychometrics before and after therapy. We try our best not to overload you with form filling and we are trying to become a paperless service. We love the planet.

When you see a psychologist, it is very important for the psychologist to make notes and to write up the client progress. This is stipulated in our training and is required by our regulatory bodies that represent us. These records are kept securely and confidentially.
