Hello. I am Tina, clinical psychologist and director of TherapySense.
I have a specialist interest in working with trauma (including PTSD, developmental and intergenerational trauma). I am also culturally sensitive, which means I take into account and explore issues around race, ethnicity and culture.
If you want to work with a Psychologist that is professional, kind and above all human, you have come to the right place.
If you work with me I will be particularly interested in hearing your story. What I listen for is how the events in your life have shaped you. I aim to help you to make sense of issues that you have faced and we work together to help you manage the issues you are facing.
I use a number of different psychological models to inform my practice which include; Cognitive Behavioural, Compassion Focused, Attachment, Psychodynamic, Systemic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I am passionate about empowerment when we need it the most. Painful emotions are so difficult to share and often difficult for people to understand.
As a clinical psychologist, I want to provide you a space to think about you and your world, no matter how difficult it may feel.

My name is Amy Woolston, I have been working as a qualified Clinical Psychologist since 2007.
I have experience working with children and adolescents, and with families in the perinatal period (pregnancy- 1 year postnatal).
I am particularly interested in working with mothers and fathers in the perinatal period. This is a time of significant change and can be a psychologically difficult time.
I have worked with antenatal and postnatal depression and anxiety, birth trauma, loss and adjustment issues.
Whilst this can be a psychologically difficult time, I also believe it is also a window of opportunity for therapeutic work.
I am an elective practitioner, drawing on a number of theoretical psychological models. I have a particular interest in attachment and believe that understanding our own early relationships and experiences can give people the framework to move forward.
I work with clients as individuals, collaboratively and at their own pace.
I also run a not for profit support service for new mums and dads in Redditch. Please follow us on instagram and facebook @wearethekoalatree
Hello, I am Sandra Locke and I am the Business Administrator for TherapySense.
Finally, at 44 I have found a job that I love, and that I am passionate about. It plays to my strengths as an Administrator and my interest in psychology, mental health and emotional awareness. Having worked at Mondelez (formerly Cadbury) as a Personal Assistant to various Directors for over 15 years I felt it was time to leave and look for a new opportunity and challenge.
I have an interest in anxiety and how it can have a huge impact on our everyday lives. Having suffered with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Health Anxiety I have real empathy for anyone that is experiencing it. I had serious and prolonged panic attacks over several years and was prescribed a medication which was not for me. Eventually I had Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which helped me understand what was happening to me and enabled me to manage the attacks. I rarely suffer from panic attacks anymore.
I am also very interested in children and teenage anxiety and how we, as parents can help, listen and support our children to enable them to manage their feelings and emotions.
Outside of work I am kept very busy with my husband and 2 boys who are football mad so most of my time is spent watching and playing football and taking them to parties. When I do have free time then I enjoy running at the local gym, socialising and reading.
Hi, I am Krishan, co-founder and Managing Director of TherapySense.
Having a commercial background, I have the expertise to develop the structure, processes and business ethos to practice.
My aim is to ensure that our services are easy to access. Also, that we provide a professional and welcoming experience from the moment you make contact and throughout your time with us.
I am passionate about our ethos especially being a man, dad and husband because in our current society we sometimes get overlooked during the journey to parenthood and do not have a platform to explore the emotional support we need throughout the various stages.
Having gone through the two very different journeys for the births of our daughters I am passionate about sharing that knowledge and raising awareness of the parenting support.
In my spare time I think I am the king of the grill and love all things BBQ.
